Job summary

Pinhome is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered features across products. You will work with Product, Backend, Fullstack, and Infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and continuously improve model performance in production.

The role involves experimenting with new AI techniques, frameworks, and models, and writing clean, tested code that adheres to best practices. 2–5 years of experience and strong Python skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience building software or AI/ML applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
• Experience with LLMs and tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex.

About The Role

As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer, you'll help build intelligent products that create real value for our users. Working alongside Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Infrastructure teams, you'll develop, deploy, and improve AI solutions that are scalable, reliable, and ready for production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, experimenting with new technologies, and turning ideas into practical AI applications. Whether it's building machine learning models, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), or improving existing AI systems, you'll play an important role in bringing AI into our products.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience building software or AI/ML applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Good understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or XGBoost.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• Experience building AI applications in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
