Role Description The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support warehouse management and related business processes. Day-to-day tasks include implementing back-end features, writing clean and efficient code, reviewing and optimizing existing systems, and collaborating with consultants and other technical team members to translate client requirements into robust applications. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation to ensure long-term maintainability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Serpong, requiring close coordination with the local team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP patterns in real-world projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with common programming languages (such as Java, C#, or Python) and relational databases (such as MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems systematically, and communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working on-site in Serpong and collaborating in cross-functional teams; experience in logistics or WMS is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, adapt to changing project needs, and uphold high standards of code quality.
