Job summary

NPURE - PT. Penta Natural Kosmetindo seeks a Social Media Coordinator to manage daily activities on Instagram and TikTok, develop content calendars, and write captions that match the brand voice. You will coordinate with content creators, KOLs, and internal teams to ensure timely content execution.

You will monitor trends in beauty and skincare, track reach, engagement and follower growth, publish content on schedule, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• At least 1 year of social media experience in beauty/FMCG.
• Proficient with Instagram and TikTok; understands content trends and audience behavior.
• Strong copywriting to craft engaging captions.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, coordination and time management skills.
