Job summary

Vela Prima Nusantara is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to grow our digital presence and turn ideas into content that connects with audiences.

You will develop and schedule engaging content, write captions, and build an active online community while tracking performance and contributing to campaigns and launches. Familiarity with Indonesian and English copywriting, Canva, CapCut, and video editing tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of social media or digital marketing experience.
• Strong Indonesian & English copywriting skills.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.

Key responsibilities

Develop, produce, and schedule engaging content while keeping it fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand identity

Write engaging captions and build an active online community

Track performance, analyze insights, and turn data into growth

Support digital campaigns, launches, and other teams to execute campaigns, launches and other exciting initiatives

Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and new platform features

About you

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, DKV, or related field

1–2 years of social media/content/digital marketing experience

Strong Indonesian & English copywriting skills

Creative, collaborative, and highly aware of social media trends

Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools

Understanding of social media analytics and organic growth is a plus
