Job summary

PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to stay ahead of trends and lead a team managing all social media platforms.

You will oversee monthly content planning, content calendar creation, and hands-on shooting/editing for staycations, events, and F&B. The role requires at least 3 years in social media or digital marketing, strong leadership to manage a content team, and advanced skills in CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop/Canva Pro.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities

Create monthly content planning and content calendar (IG Feed, Story, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Lead the team in shooting, editing, and posting content for staycation, event, and F&B

Write compelling copywriting that aligns with the brand

Manage ads budget, set target audience, and optimize ads to increase booking and engagement

Create weekly and monthly performance reports (growth, engagement, leads)

Collaborate with Sales, Marcomm, and FB teams for promotional needs

About you

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing professional

Able to lead and manage a team (content creator, designer, videographer), assign tasks, and monitor deadlines

Proficient in creating and editing photo and video content (Reels/TikTok, Story). Must master tools: CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop/Canva Pro

Experienced in running paid ads on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Understand insights, CTR, and ROAS

Minimum S1 degree in Communication, Marketing, DKV, or equivalent

Understand algorithms of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

Up-to-date with latest audio trends, hashtags, and challenges

Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability

Strong copywriting and communication skills

Analytical skills with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite

Able to work with targets and deadlines
