PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to stay ahead of trends and lead a team managing all social media platforms.

You will oversee monthly content planning, content calendar creation, and hands-on shooting/editing for staycations, events, and F&B. The role requires at least 3 years in social media or digital marketing, strong leadership to manage a content team, and advanced skills in CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop/Canva Pro.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Ability to lead a team including content creators, designers, and videographers.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating/editing photo/video content for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly content planning and content calendar for IG, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Lead shooting, editing, and posting content for staycation, events, and F&B.
• Write compelling copy that aligns with the brand.
• Manage ads budget, target audiences, and optimize ads to boost bookings and engagement.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports on growth and leads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marcomm, and FB teams for promotions.
