Based in Yogyakarta with 1+ year of account management experience and a strong portfolio, you must be detail-oriented and proficient with Instagram and TikTok.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Content Production: conceptualize, brief shoots, and direct editing for reels, TikToks, and feeds.

• Copywriting: create captions that fit the brand voice and drive engagement.
• Social Media Management: manage daily schedule, ensure consistency, respond to DMs and comments.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Specialist to be the voice and visual of our brand. You won’t just be planning; you will be executing. From brainstorming the idea, creating the copies visual, caption, to hitting "Post" on social media.

If you are a creative executor who pays attention to the little details (like cover placement, trending audio timing, and stickers), this is for you.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• End-to-End Content Production: Conceptualize, brief shoot, and give direction and brief for a edit high-quality content (Reels, TikToks, and Feeds).
• Manual Publishing (Native Posting): You will upload content manually via Instagram/TikTok apps (not using third-party scheduling tools). Why? To ensure perfect cover alignment, utilization of trending audio features, adding location tags/collaborators correctly, and using native engagement stickers.
• Copywriting: Write compelling captions that fit our brand voice and encourage audience interaction.
• Social Media Management: Manage the daily schedule, ensure consistency, and reply to DMs/Comments promptly.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics and provide insights on what content types perform best.

Who We Are Looking For

• Based in Yogyakarta and able to work from the office (WFO).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing business/creator accounts (Portfolio is mandatory).
• Detail-Oriented: Since you upload manually, you must be meticulous (no typos, wrong tags, or bad cropping).
• Tech-Savvy: deeply familiar with Instagram & TikTok features.
• Able to work fast and adapt to real-time trends.
• Good time management skills to balance shooting, editing, and posting schedules.
