Job summary

PT Transcosmos Indonesia is seeking a proactive professional to manage TikTok Live campaigns aimed at lead generation in Jakarta. You will track performance, analyze results, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

The role requires 2+ years in project management or digital marketing, strong organizational skills, and English proficiency is a plus. This is a 3-month contract, ideal for immediate joining in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years in project management, digital marketing, social media operations, or account management.
• Experience managing TikTok Live campaigns with a lead-generation focus is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Lark, Excel, Google Sheets, and presentations.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a plus, highly organized and proactive.

Job description

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2. Min. 2 years experience in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Operations, or Account Management.


• 3. Experience managing and monitoring TikTok Live campaigns, preferably focused on lead generation.


• 4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.


• 5. Proficient in Lark, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.


• 6. Excellent communication skills, English proficiency is a plus.


• 7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• 8. Experience in automotive industry projects is a strong advantage.


• 9. Available for immediate joining is preferred.


• 10. Willing to work under 3 months contract
