Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proficiency across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with paid social advertising and targeting strategies.
• Knowledge of content marketing and SEO best practices.
• Strong writing, communication, and creative design sense.
• Crisis management and brand advocacy experience is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.

Experience with paid social media advertising and knowledge of targeting strategies.

Experience with crisis management and brand advocacy is advantageous.
