Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow our client's brand presence across Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube. You will create and execute multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and support business goals.

The role requires hands-on use of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, YouTube Studio, and Hootsuite, plus strong copywriting in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in digital marketing are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proficiency with Indonesian and English content creation and adaptation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multichannel social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Create compelling written and visual content tailored to each platform's audience and format
Monitor and respond to emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to maintain brand relevance
Define and track key performance indicators across campaigns, using data and insights to optimise content strategy and improve results
Manage content calendars, publishing workflows, and community engagement to ensure consistent and timely brand communications
