Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for the company’s social media platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content planning and calendars using Notion.
• Produce social media content and participate as a content talent when required.
• Write engaging and relevant social media captions and copywriting.
• Schedule and publish content through Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor social media trends and identify relevant formats and content opportunities.
• Host and participate in livestreaming activities, especially during campaigns.
• Prepare monthly social media content performance reports and provide insights for future content improvements.
• Research and identify potential events, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with the brand and audience.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and collaborations.
