You should be proficient with Canva and CapCut, comfortable using AI tools for ideation and research, and able to analyze performance data to inform smarter marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of digital marketing experience acceptable.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Familiar with AI tools for content creation and research.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media accounts, develop content calendars, and maintain brand communication.
• Content Creation: Create graphics, short-form videos, promotional materials, and copy using Canva and CapCut.
• Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across social platforms.
• Performance Monitoring: Track engagement, audience growth, reach, and campaign results with insights.
• Brand Awareness: Identify trends and opportunities to improve online visibility.
• E-Commerce Support: Assist with product listings and promotional content on e-commerce platforms.
• AI & Workflow Improvement: Use AI tools to ideate, write, research, and boost productivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing activities.
