PT. NOVATU TECHNOLOGY NUSANTARA is seeking a dynamic Leader to guide a creative content team in developing strategies to grow awareness, engagement, and conversions across social platforms.

You will oversee content quality and collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce Admin, and related teams while planning, executing, and evaluating digital campaigns. The role requires delivering monthly performance reports and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop creative and content team in making strategy to increase awareness, engagement, consideration and conversion.
• Ensure content is viral and trend-savvy with target views, followers, and engagement achieved.
• Strong knowledge of how the Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube algorithms work, and how to hook viewer attention through content structure and retention tactics.
• Oversee content quality (photo/video) to align with brand identity.
• Coordinate with Sales Team, E-Commerce Admin, and related teams.
• Plan, execute, manage, and evaluate digital and social media campaigns.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports, including Awareness, Reach, Followers, and Impressions.
• Support employer branding, corporate events, community engagement, and marketing initiatives.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
