GRYT Marketing is expanding into organic social content and seeks a proactive creator who can plan and produce content end-to-end. You will own ideas, develop concepts, and execute scripts, edits and designs for GRYT and client brands, collaborating directly with the founder.
Based in Indonesia, you’ll work remotely with Singapore-based clients and founders. Expect direct feedback, evolving workflows, and a role that blends creativity with strategic execution.
We’re expanding into organic social media, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help build the service while doing the work.
GRYT Marketing is a boutique, founder-led performance marketing agency based in Singapore. We work with DTC brands across paid ads, email and Shopify optimisation.
Our clients have been asking for organic social content. We see an opportunity to offer something that produces good content while reducing the time and effort founders spend creating it.
We’re at the beginning of building this service. We have an initial approach, but we haven’t figured everything out. The formats, workflow and scope will need testing and refining through actual client work.
You’ll create content for both GRYT and our clients, working directly with the founder.
We want to be clear about what this role involves:
You’ll own both planning and execution. There won’t be a dedicated copywriter, designer or video editor supporting this role. You’ll develop ideas and turn them into finished content yourself.
Production will be remote. You’ll be based in Indonesia, while our founder and clients are in Singapore. We’ll initially work through references, briefs, existing assets and footage supplied by founders or clients.
You’ll help improve the workflow. Some approaches will work; others will need changing. We’ll need your observations and recommendations.
You’ll work closely with the founder. Expect direct feedback and discussion about the work. We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas, explain their choices and act on feedback.
There will be practical constraints. You won’t always have ideal footage or a large asset library. Part of the job is finding effective ways to create within those limits.
If you enjoy taking an idea from a rough starting point to something you’re proud to publish, this could be a good fit.
What You’ll Do
Research audiences, competitors and references to develop relevant content ideas.
Plan content pillars, recurring formats and calendars for GRYT and client brands.
Write hooks, scripts, captions and carousel copy in clear, natural English.
Edit short-form videos and design static posts and carousels.
Create simple filming briefs that help founders and clients capture usable footage.
Adapt existing footage, product assets and founder insights into original content.
Manage approvals, publishing and deadlines across accounts.
Check your work for accuracy, language, design quality and brand consistency.
Review results, test new approaches and improve subsequent content.
Flag missing inputs and production bottlenecks early, with practical suggestions for resolving them.
What You’ll Need
Strong English writing and communication skills (non-negotiable).
A portfolio showing content you personally planned and produced.
Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
Strong design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
Good judgment in storytelling, hooks, pacing and visual presentation.
The ability to adapt across brands and create with limited assets.
Ownership of your deadlines and the quality of your work.
Willingness to ask questions, challenge an idea constructively and learn from results.
Experience with DTC brands, Singapore audiences, founder-led content or remote production is a plus.
What’s in It for You?
High compensation that reflects your capabilities. We’re willing to pay well for someone who brings strong creative judgment and can turn ideas into quality work. This includes a base and performance bonus component.
Remote flexibility, with clear expectations around communication and delivery.
Direct collaboration with the founder, with a real say in creative decisions and how we build the service.
Ownership from idea to outcome. You’ll see your ideas through to publication, learn from their performance and shape what comes next.
This is an opportunity to help shape a new service within an existing agency. It comes with creative ownership, hands‑on work and some uncertainty as we learn what works.
