Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• At least 1 year of copywriting experience (internships included).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, social content, or campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and tone.
• Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable content ideas.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and insights.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop end-to-end short-form video strategies across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write engaging scripts and captions with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Translate creative ideas into performance-driven content with platform-native formats.
• Conduct trendspotting, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Create structured reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Analyze content performance and turn insights into improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and marketing teams.
• Present ideas to clients and provide consultative recommendations.
• Proactively identify gaps and propose innovative content solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends and best practices.
