Job summary

Creations Un Limited is seeking a Creative Content Producer (Photography, Video & AI) to plan, shoot and edit engaging product visuals and videos for our international consumer technology brand. This full‑time remote role is based in Indonesia and focuses on social media, e‑commerce and digital advertising.

You will combine photography, videography and AI tools to deliver content for Facebook, Instagram and online ads, while supporting daily customer service and basic order inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product photography or videography.
• Hands-on photography and videography skills; able to shoot original content.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Practical experience with AI image/video tools (Kling, Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Veo, HeyGen).
• Good written and spoken English for international customer communication.
• Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Creative Content Producer (Photography, Video & AI)

Salary: IDR 6,000,000–9,000,000 per month (depending on experience and portfolio)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, hands‑on Content Producer who can independently plan, shoot and edit engaging product visuals and videos for our international consumer technology brand.

You will combine product photography, videography, video editing and AI-powered tools to create content for Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce and digital advertising.

In addition to creative production, you will assist with daily customer service, including responding to international customer enquiries, managing basic order‑related questions and providing after‑sales support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Photography, Video & AI Content Creation

Plan and shoot high‑quality product photography, lifestyle images, product demonstrations and short‑form videos.

Develop creative concepts, hooks and storyboards for social media advertisements.

Edit product footage, UGC‑style videos and social media content for Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.

Use AI tools to generate, enhance and edit images and videos while maintaining product accuracy.

Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, transitions and simple motion graphics.

Produce multiple creative variations with different hooks, lengths and formats (9:16, 4:5 and 1:1).

Improve creative content based on feedback and advertising performance insights.

Customer Service & E-commerce Support

Respond professionally to international customer enquiries via email, Shopify, Facebook and Instagram.

Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping updates and delivery enquiries.

Handle basic after‑sales enquiries, troubleshooting and warranty‑related questions.

Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with the internal team when necessary.

Maintain accurate customer communication and ensure enquiries are handled promptly.

Assist with updating product images, videos and content on our e-commerce website.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2–4 years of relevant experience in product photography, videography, video editing or digital content creation.

Hands‑on photography and videography skills are essential. You must be able to shoot original product content independently.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom or similar software.

Practical experience with AI image and video tools such as Kling, Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Veo, HeyGen or similar.

Good understanding of creative content for Facebook, Instagram and e‑commerce advertising.

Good written and spoken English is required, particularly for international customer communication.

Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is an advantage but not required.

Good communication skills, attention to detail and a customer‑oriented attitude.

Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Willingness to balance creative production with daily customer service responsibilities.

Bonus Skills

After Effects and motion graphics.

Experience producing content for consumer electronics or lifestyle products.

Familiarity with Shopify and e‑commerce customer support.

Experience creating UGC‑style or performance-driven video advertisements.
