Job summary

GRYT Marketing is expanding into organic social content and seeks a proactive creator who can plan and produce content end-to-end. You will own ideas, develop concepts, and execute scripts, edits and designs for GRYT and client brands, collaborating directly with the founder.

Based in Indonesia, you’ll work remotely with Singapore-based clients and founders. Expect direct feedback, evolving workflows, and a role that blends creativity with strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Strong English writing and communication are essential.
• A portfolio showing content you personally planned and produced.
• Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Strong design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Good judgment in storytelling, hooks, pacing and visual presentation.
• Ability to adapt across brands and create with limited assets.
• Ownership of deadlines and quality of work.
• Willingness to learn and iterate from results.

Responsibilities

• Research audiences, competitors and references to develop content ideas.
• Plan content pillars, recurring formats and calendars for GRYT and client brands.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and carousel copy in clear, natural English.
• Edit short-form videos and design static posts and carousels.
• Create simple filming briefs for founders and clients to capture footage.
• Adapt existing footage and assets into original content.
• Manage approvals, publishing and deadlines across accounts.
• Check work for accuracy, language, design quality and brand consistency.
• Review results, test approaches and improve content.
