Chi Massage & Day Spa – Komodo Oasis in Labuan Bajo invites a creative Social Media & Content Creator to tell captivating travel and wellness stories. You’ll capture guest experiences, shoot and edit Reels and photos, and curate content for international audiences on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Google.

Qualifications

• Passionate about content creation and social media.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Google.
• Plan, shoot and edit Reels, videos, photos and stories.
• Capture guest experiences, spa journeys and team moments.
• Create travel + wellness content that attracts visitors to Labuan Bajo.
• Follow social media trends and develop creative ideas.
• Share stories behind treatments, therapists and customer experiences.
• Support Google Review growth and online reputation.
• Find collaboration opportunities with hotels, villas, tour companies and travel partners.
• Help increase brand awareness, engagement and bookings.
• Work closely with the spa team and management.

We are looking for a creative Social Media & Content Creator who loves storytelling, creating videos, connecting with people, and sharing unforgettable experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Google

What We’re Looking For

• Loves taking photos and creating videos
• Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels and current trends
• Able to use Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Creative eye for beautiful moments and storytelling
• Confident communicating with people
• Basic English communication skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Based in Labuan Bajo or willing to relocate

Bonus Skills

• Experience growing TikTok or Instagram accounts
• Travel, hotel, tourism or hospitality experience
