Job summary

Transcosmos Indonesia (Official) is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage brand accounts across platforms, create content per the calendar, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, monitor performance with analytics, and report insights. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience are expected, with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) of any major.
• Min. 1 year experience in social media management or digital marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and paid advertising.
• Experience in content planning and social media analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with KOLs and external partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain brand's social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content based on the content calendar.
• Develop content plans and editorial calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance.
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Coordinate and communicate with KOLs for marketing campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate KOL campaigns, including campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication across digital channels
