PT Transcosmos Indonesia is a dynamic digital marketing partner seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage brand accounts across multiple platforms. You will plan, create, and publish content guided by the content calendar, and drive paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Work with internal teams and external partners, monitor performance with analytics, and contribute to editorial calendars. English proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and paid advertising.
• Experience in content planning and social media analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with KOLs and external partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to speak English.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any major.

1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).

Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and paid advertising.

Experience in content planning and social media analytics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with KOLs and external partners.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
