As our Social Media Admin, you will be the front line and main point of communication for Velixir Parfums across all social media channels. You are responsible for turning daily interactions into meaningful, conversion-driven brand experiences that build customer loyalty. Working alongside the copywriter, graphic designer, and digital marketing team, you will ensure our social media presence remains active, highly responsive, modern, and aligned with our exclusive brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage and execute daily content scheduling and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with zero typos and optimal timing.
• Community Management: Handle end-to-end community interaction by promptly, professionally, and warmly responding to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries across all platforms.
• Tone of Voice Adaptation: Master platform-specific tone of voice—friendly, trendy, and casual for TikTok & Instagram, yet refined and professional for LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring: Track viral beauty trends, trending audio clips, and emerging social media formats to pitch real-time content opportunities to the creative team.
• Data Gathering & Reporting: Gather and compile daily/weekly raw engagement metrics to support the digital marketing team in strategy optimization.
• Digital Archiving: Maintain an organized digital repository of published content links, user-generated content (UGC), and key interaction logs.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Linguistics, Literature, Languages, or a related field (proven experience in community management is heavily prioritized).
• 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Social Media Admin, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively handle content publishing and community engagement for a premium brand.
• Proficiency with native social management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, LinkedIn Page Analytics) and content scheduling platforms.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and optimal posting schedules.
• Exceptional written communication skills with strong empathy and high attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a calm, professional approach to handling critical feedback or customer complaints.
• Adaptable and capable of working efficiently under tight timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
