Job summary

Cermaticom is seeking a field sales associate to manage relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your area and training store staff on Merchant Apps.

You will also ensure POP promotion materials are placed in stores and lead socialization programs for staff, with duties covering the Ambon area. Ideal candidates have at least a diploma or high school education, familiarity with MS Office, and a valid motorcycle with SIM

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Background experience in Leasing is a plus.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field required for high school level.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for diploma level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Responsible for sales target in their area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP materials in stores.
• Promote socialization programs to store staff.
