Job summary

Cermati is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Bandar Lampung and nearby SME merchants. You will manage offline merchant relationships and drive sales targets in your area.

You will train store staff on Merchant Apps, ensure POP material placement, and promote store promotions. MS Office skills are required; leasing experience is a plus; motorcycle SIM C is preferred for mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or diploma; fresh graduates welcome for diploma level.
• Experience in leasing is a plus.
• Willing to travel by motorcycle SIM C for mobility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with offline SME merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Responsible for sales target in their area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP materials for promotions in stores.
• Promote socialization programs to store staff.
