Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a field sales professional to manage Ambon area relationships with SME merchants using Merchant Apps. The role includes hitting sales targets, training store staff on the Merchant Apps, and ensuring in-store promotions are properly placed.

The candidate should have at least a high school diploma or diploma, with leasing experience as a plus, and be comfortable traveling by motorcycle with SIM C. Fresh graduates are welcome for diploma holders.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a high school diploma or a diploma in any field.
• Leasing background is a plus.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is required for high school level applicants.
• Fresh graduates are welcome for a diploma.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have motorcycle and SIM C.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Be responsible for sales targets in their area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in-store.
• Promote socialization programs to store staff.
• Handle Ambon area.
