Job summary

Indodana seeks a field-focused representative to manage relationships with SME merchants using Merchant Apps in Batam. You will drive sales targets, train store staff on Merchant Apps, and ensure POP promotions are well placed in retail locations.

The role requires engaging with store staff, promoting programs, and owning activity in the Batam area. A high school diploma or diploma is required, and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Leasing background is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred for high school level.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they hold a diploma.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have motorcycle and SIM C.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Be responsible for sales targets in the assigned area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in stores.
• Organize and promote socialization programs to store staff.
• Cover the Batam area.
