Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a field sales professional to manage SME merchants in Batam. You will build and sustain merchant relationships, drive sales targets, and train staff on Merchant Apps.

The role requires on-site work in Batam, with focus on store promotions and POP material placement to maximize product adoption.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience for high school level.
• Fresh graduates welcome for diploma holders.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Meet sales targets in the Batam area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP materials in stores.
• Run promotional socialization programs for store staff.
• Cover Batam area and related responsibilities.
