Job summary

Aqua Elektronik is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead SM channel activities in Kediri. You will drive total sales and sell-out targets, monitor performance by store, and coordinate with internal teams to maximize sell-out while developing field force KPIs.

You will manage SM Salesmen and Promoters, train branch staff with HO support, and contribute ideas for sell-out programs. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
• Min. 2 years experience in same position.
• Excellent sales management & relationship building.
• Have good leadership and people management skills.
• Have good analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and other related apps.

Responsibilities

• Achieve total sales and MH sell-out targets in SM channel.
• Track sell-out performance by store and coordinate with related departments to maximize sell-out.
• Manage field force in respective areas; SM Salesmen and Promotors; direct and KPI management.
• Support HO Store Management to track and manage SM assets such as product displays, booths, POSM, signboards.
• Develop ideas for sell-out activity programs in SM Channel.
• Keep track of competitor sell-out activity in SM stores and propose countermeasures.
• Coordinate daily with SM Head and SM Assistant Manager Sell in to align sell-in and sell-out.
• Develop effective reporting by period/channel/store/promoter.
• Conduct regular store visits and market surveys.
• Provide training in branches with HO training team support.
• Take care approval for exhibition plan.
