Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook/Project/CAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good people management and communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects/ongoing work activities of moderate complexity.
• Guide the successful completion of major capital programs and contribute to team, plant and/or global goals, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure that area projects are managed with best practices including on-time start-up, budget adherence, and meeting business partner expectations.
• Drive the annual budget process, working with Finance and Production management.
• Provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinating workloads and monitoring performance.
• Develop talent and capabilities through coaching and training programs.
