Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Jakarta is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee Santana manufacturing including machining, welding, assembly and test, with a focus on efficiency and governance.

The role requires 10+ years in operations, strong financial acumen, and hands-on ERP/SAP experience; you will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with Product Engineering, Planning, Finance, and HSES across the region and global BU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years in operations/manufacturing management with strong technical background in process workflow, heavy metal machining, welding, quality control, assembly & test, industrial engineering.
• Proven leadership to lead and motivate a department.
• Basic cost accounting and financial planning experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Oil and Gas knowledge to API 6A, ISO 3834, NACE M0175, ASME IX is advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and oversee planning and manufacturing operations.
• Lead centralization and governance of manufacturing/A&T processes and procedures.
• Drive cost-effective processes and technology improvements.
• Sponsor manufacturing teams for continuous improvements, standardization and leveraging resources.
• Develop manufacturing competencies to be relevant and effective in a fast-changing environment and business landscape.
• Support operational strategy for the region, global and the business unit at large.
• Meet or exceed financial and operational performance indicators.
• Interface with Product Engineering, Planning, Finance to deliver results.
• Work with the Singapore Product engineering in delivering best-cost design and ease of execution.
• Provide leadership in establishing the manufacturing vision and mission.
• Strategize the operations to remain competitive as a location of customer’s choice.
• Strategize near and long-term manufacturing strategy for the plant.
