Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking an Order Execution Lead for our Jakarta operations to ensure flawless execution of non-project orders from entry to delivery. The role partners with Account Managers, planning, engineering, and manufacturing teams to meet delivery commitments and maintain gross margin.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in a relevant engineering or procurement field, strong SAP experience, and 5+ years in order execution, with excellent communication skills for cross-functional

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical / Construction / Manufacturing Engineering or Procurement.
• Excellent understanding of design to manufacture orders.
• Proficiency in SAP (ERP System).
• 5+ years experience in order execution roles.

Responsibilities

• Get orders handed over from Account/sales and commercial team.
• Support order internal kick-off meeting.
• Perform order entry into existing ERP system (manage Interco order entry).
• Create accurate demand in define plant / suppliers based on existing Make Buy Strategy.
• Support Sales/Account Manager for Customer kick off and clarification meetings upon requirement.
• Coordinate execution with planning team.
• Ensure proper implementation for Engineering, Supplier and Manufactory Execution.
• Ensure logistic coordination to support OTD.
• Ensure timely invoice process implementation.
• Conduct a clean project closing with all stakeholders (including lesson learned reporting).
