Job summary

Pangkat Dua is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site operations, coordinate field teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

You will manage manpower, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain rigorous site documentation while enforcing HSE standards across sites in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction, fit-out, interior, or design-build projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, site execution, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations from project kickoff to handover.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project execution aligns with drawings, specifications, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Project Manager and management.
• Manage manpower allocation and site productivity.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across the project site.
• Identify potential risks, solve site issues quickly, and keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and project records.
