Pangkat Dua is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations across Indonesia, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a minimum Diploma or Bachelor's in related field and at least 3 years of construction management experience; willingness to travel to active project sites in Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Bali; proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.

Formación

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction, fit-out, interior, or design-build projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, site execution, and technical drawings.
• Able to lead field teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.

• Maintain site documentation, reports, and project records.

What We're Looking For
