We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Project Coordinator to join KG Global Group in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing the coordination and execution of interior design projects across our retail and property development portfolio. As an Interior Project Coordinator, you will be the central point of communication between designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the retail and property development sector.
Coordinate all aspects of interior design projects from conception through completion, ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders
Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing delays or cost overruns promptly
Liaise with interior designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met and deadlines are achieved
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, change requests, and correspondence
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications
Manage procurement of materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Resolve project issues and conflicts in a professional and efficient manner
Prepare progress reports and present updates to project managers and clients
Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Architecture or Interior Design
Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator in retail and property development, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction processes
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design or coordination software
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project plans
Flexibility and willingness to visit project sites regularly
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage unexpected challenges
