Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Health Safety Environment Manager to organize and oversee all safety, health, and environmental activities at the Bekasi site in Indonesia. The role focuses on minimizing hazard through upstream planning, audits, and robust HSE specifications while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will conduct risk assessments, set up manuals and procedures, lead safety training, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor incidents using PDCA/QRQC tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage internal and external, financial, material and human resources for HSE at the site.
• Plan, assign, budget and monitor corrective or preventive actions in the technical field after audits and inspections.
• Analyze regulatory compliance; perform risk assessments for all HSE fields including emergencies and contractor works.
• Set up manuals, procedures, and visual standards; ensure safety tools and standards are known, understood, and applied by management.
• Communicate HSE issues internally and externally with authorities and stakeholders.
• Monitor safety risks and incidents using QRQC and PDCA/FTA tools.
