• Site HRBP coordinates internal comms and engagement across divisions.
• Supports EE and wellbeing initiatives at the site.
• Participates in deployment of engagement plans and audits.

Responsibilities

• Act as site communication point of contact with HR and division.
• Lead engagement initiatives and monitor KPI tools.
• Organize wellbeing programs and gather feedback for action plans.
• Support HR Manager in committees and audits.
