Job summary

Valeo Indonesia is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to partner with the division and country HR teams, lead internal communications, and drive employee engagement and wellbeing at the Bekasi site. The role is full-time with a fixed-term contract, based in Bekasi, Indonesia.

You will organize deployment plans, lead EE axis meetings, monitor tools, and support managers in implementing best practices to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a site HR Business Partner and liaison with HR divisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site HRBP interface for the division and country HR teams.
• Coordinate deployment plans with roadmap leaders and propose annual action plans.
• Lead progress meetings for the site EE axis and ensure budget compliance.
