Job summary

PT Ichikoh Indonesia is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead K3 compliance, RCA investigations, and ISO audits at our Bekasi manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will oversee hazardous waste management and regulatory requirements (SIMPEL, PROPER) while driving continuous safety improvements.

You will collaborate across departments, train staff, and manage auditors and customers, bringing strong leadership and practical HSE knowledge to ensure safe operations

Qualifications

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and accident investigations.
• Strong understanding of hazardous waste regulations and PROPER/SIMPEL.
• Able to manage ISO audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HSE activities across departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and conduct RCA investigations, incident analyses, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs for K3 and environmental standards.
• Interface with auditors and customers, ensuring smooth audit processes and reporting.
