Job summary

Givaudan Indonesia (Bekasi) is seeking a Site Controller to partner with operations and finance, delivering accurate cost and financial analyses for the site. You will support budgeting, costing, and performance reporting across functions.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, at least 5 years’ FP&A/costing experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in SAP FI/CO and advanced Excel. Willingness to travel between Cimanggis and Cimanggis sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics with at least 5 years’ FP&A in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; local language a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and business sense.
• Strong costing and budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide analyses and interpretations of financial information to management and stakeholders.
• Manage inventory recommendations and annual budget process for the site.
• Analyze COGS, product margins and variances; support costing improvements.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and site KPI reviews.
• Travel between Givaudan sites as required.
