Job summary

Givaudan Indonesia is seeking a Site Controller to act as the finance backbone for the Cimanggis and Cikarang sites. You will lead budgeting, costing, and reporting to drive cost efficiency and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with site operations, provide financial analyses, manage fixed assets, and support strategic decisions with KPI analysis and forecasts. Fluency in English is required; willingness to travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics with at least 5 years’ experience in cost accounting/FP&A in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English; local language a plus.
• SAP FI/CO experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Knowledge of costing processes and procedures; ability to support budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide analyses and interpretations of financial information to management and stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost controls for the site.
• Support periodic cost analyses, COGS reviews, and pricing-related cost insights.
• Monitor KPIs, perform variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee site internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
