PT TeamworX Indonesia is looking for a Site Engineer with at least 5 years of on-site experience in large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial facilities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site.

The candidate must be proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction project tools, with good English communication. Willingness to be assigned to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record in high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist and provide guidance on technical and contractual issues on site.
• Ensure all works follow the master schedule.
• Test, investigate and seek ITP approval (CSA & MEP) for incoming materials.
• Ensure incoming materials meet determined technical specifications.
• Create and organize key schedules and weekly/monthly reports.
