The role involves coordinating deployment plans, leading progress meetings, maintaining monitoring tools, supporting managers, and contributing to site committees and audits.

Responsibilities

• Site HRBP focal point interfacing with Division and Country/Region HR.
• Coordinate deployment plans with roadmap leaders to propose an annual action plan.
• Lead the progress meetings for the site EE axis and monitor tools and budget.
• Support managers in implementing good EE practices and the site committees.
