Qualifications

• Medical degree (Bachelor’s minimum; doctoral preferred).
• Hyperkes Occupational Health Certification.
• Minimum 1 year in industrial/occupational health.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Detail-oriented with focus on safety.
• Willing to relocate to Kupang, Indonesia.
• Willing to Work Under No Roster Working Schedule.

• Identify and assess occupational health risks and potential workplace hazards.


• Administer first aid and emergency medical treatments as needed.


• Oversee and manage on-site health facilities, including first aid posts and clinics.


• Lead the implementation of Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (OHIH) programs.


• Collaborate closely on health-related compliance and quality assurance activities.


• Provide medical leadership and support across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements :

• Certified in Hyperkes (Occupational Health Certification).
