Job summary

Royal Lestari Utama is seeking an on-site Occupational Health Nurse in Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur. The role focuses on providing first aid and supporting comprehensive health programs for employees, in collaboration with the company doctor and stakeholders.

The position offers permanent status after a 3-month probation, with on-site housing provided. Qualifications include D3 in Nursing, active STR, HIPERKES, and PPGD/BTCLS/ATCLS certifications, plus strong communication and service orientation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing (D3) with active STR registration is required.
• HIPERKES and PPGD/BTCLS/ATCLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare facility or OHS clinic is a strong plus.
• Must be honest, highly motivated, and a team player with good communication and service mindset.
• Willing to work on site in Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid (P3K) and emergency nursing care during medical emergencies.
• Implement and develop the four pillars of health programs (promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative) with corporate hygiene in coordination with the company doctor.
• Maintain medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and corporate health facilities.
• Assist the company doctor during routine and specialized employee health examinations.
• Execute administrative duties, manage health reporting, and improve the quality of occupational health services.

Job description

• Provide basic first aid (P3K) and emergency nursing care during medical emergencies.
• Implement and develop the four pillars of health programs (promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative) alongside corporate hygiene programs in coordination with the company doctor and key stakeholders.
• Maintain medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and corporate health facilities.
• Assist the company doctor during routine and specialized employee health examinations.
• Execute administrative duties, manage health reporting, and continuously improve the quality of occupational health services.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing.
• Active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
• Valid certification in HIPERKES and PPGD/BTCLS/ATCLS.
• Prior work experience in a healthcare facility or an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS / K3) corporate clinic is a strong plus.
• Honest, highly motivated to learn, adaptable team player with excellent communication and service-oriented skills.
• Willing to be placed on site Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.
