Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Warehouse Management Officer - Site Based to oversee store operations, inventory, audits, and purchase orders, ensuring secure warehouse practices and adherence to company procedures.

The role requires at least 1 year in a warehouse role, preferably in mining, with strong knowledge of inventory control, EMS, and ERP systems. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience, preferably in mining.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Awareness of ERP systems (Avantis, SAP, JD Edwards) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• English fluency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with Health, Safety and Environmental (SHE) corporate procedures and SOPs, and meet official standards and requirements.
• Monitor and control critical spares to reduce obsolescence and surplus stock.
• Inspect incoming materials for conformity with order specifications and check for defects.
• Monitor fuels and lubricants quality per procedures and standards.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and risk management, aligning with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards.
