Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Warehouse Management Officer to oversee site-based store operations, inventory accuracy, audits, and purchase order input to support high service levels while adhering to company procedures and business ethics.

You will ensure SHE compliance, monitor critical spares, inspect incoming materials against order specs, and manage inventory to minimize obsolescence. Strong communication and English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering or related technical field.
• Min. 1 year experience in warehouse, preferably mining.
• Knowledge of EMS and ERP systems; strong inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, audits, and input of purchase orders to support higher service levels and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor spares inventory to reduce obsolescence and surplus stock.
• Inspect incoming materials for conformity to order specifications and detect defects.
• Maintain SHE programs and ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3/SMKP in daily activities.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication to ensure safety and efficiency.
