Job summary

Site Human Resources is seeking an HSE-focused professional to oversee site safety, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments. The role includes planning corrective actions, auditing safety specs, and maintaining ongoing safety standards across all areas.

You will coordinate internal training, communicate with authorities, and monitor incidents using established QA/QC methods. The candidate will lead safety initiatives, develop manager safety skills, and ensure preparedness for emergencies,

Qualifications

• Analyze the regulatory compliance of its site and maintain it continuously.
• Perform risk assessments for all HSE fields on the site, including emergency mode and contractor works.
• Set up manuals, procedures, instructions, visual standards, and signs in each area.
• Ensure safety tools and standards are known, understood, applied, and enforced by management.
• Communicate on HSE issues internally and externally with authorities, inspectors, neighbors, and other companies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, budget and monitor corrective or preventive actions in the technical field after audits.
• Audit and receive HSE specifications and ensure their ongoing implementation.
• Analyze site regulatory compliance and maintain it continuously.
• Perform risk assessments for all HSE fields including emergencies and contractor works.
• Set up manuals, procedures, and signs in each area.
• Ensure safety tools are understood and enforced by management.
• Communicate HSE issues internally and externally.
• Monitor safety risks from deviations using a Deviation Database.
• Track incidents and accidents with QRQC and PDCA/FTA tools.
• Develop manager safety skills using PFMEA and Safety Talks.
• Train people to react in emergencies.
