Our client is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead a variety of infrastructure projects in the Bekasi area. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to oversee projects from initiation through to successful completion. You will manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes while balancing remote work flexibility with essential on-site coordination. This is a critical role for driving project success and contributing to the development of essential infrastructure within West Java.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
