Job summary

Samudera Indonesia seeks a procurement and information systems professional to manage vendor orders and analyze stock levels for major projects. You will evaluate supplier costs and support ERP-based procurement processes, while upholding Integrated Management System requirements and information security controls.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least six months' experience in procurement or business information systems, with strong teamwork and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a relevant role, particularly in procurement systems or business information systems.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ERP system management (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement and ordering process for goods or services from selected vendors.

• Participate in investigation of accidents or incidents and provide factual reports.
• Engage in information security control processes to protect company information assets.

Main Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
