Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang apa saja; latar belakang teknik terkait Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering diutamakan.
• 0–6 bulan pengalaman terkait di bidangnya diutamakan.
• Pengetahuan manajemen vendor dan negosiasi diperlukan.
• Fasih berbahasa Inggris dan mahir komputer.

Responsibilities

• Mendorong strategi pembelian biaya-efisien untuk layanan kelautan.
• Membangun kemitraan strategis dengan kontraktor dan pemasok utama.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur internal serta standar QSHE, TMSA, OCIMF, IMO, dan ISO.
• Berpartisipasi dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi dan identifikasi risiko di area kerja terkait.

Main Responsibilities

• 1. Drive cost-effective procurement strategies for maritime services while optimizing expenditure.
• 2. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key contractors and suppliers.
• 3. Ensure strict adherence to internal company procedures, QSHE standards, TMSA guidelines, OCIMF requirements, IMO resolutions, and ISO frameworks.

General Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in any major (Engineering background in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering preferred).
• 2. 0-6 months of relevant experience.
• 3. Demonstrates knowledge in vendor management and negotiation.
• 4. Fluent in English and proficient in computer operations.
