Job summary

SAMUDERA memerlukan tenaga SISM Supply & Purchase Staff 2 untuk mengelola pengadaan dan pemesanan barang dari vendor pilihan, menganalisis stok, dan mengevaluasi biaya pembelian. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan mengelola sistem informasi bisnis dan ERP secara efektif dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis di Jakarta.

Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi, mengidentifikasi risiko, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di bidang Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, atau bidang terkait.
• Minimum 6 bulan pengalaman di peran relevan, khususnya dalam manajemen sistem pengadaan atau sistem informasi bisnis.
• Pengetahuan kuat tentang proses pengadaan dan manajemen ERP (misalnya SAP, Oracle) menjadi nilai tambah.
• Kemampuan bekerja mandiri maupun sebagai tim.
• Keterampilan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang kuat.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola proses pengadaan dan pemesanan barang atau jasa dari vendor terpilih.
• Menganalisis tingkat stok inventaris sesuai kebutuhan Perusahaan dalam perencanaan pengadaan item proyek utama dan permintaan pembelian lainnya.
• Menganalisis biaya pembelian peritel/ pemasok.
• Menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi, termasuk identifikasi, dokumentasi, dan kontrol risiko di area kerja departemen terkait.
• Mendorong komitmen seluruh anggota tim untuk memahami dan mematuhi semua persyaratan Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi.
• Siap terlibat dalam proses investigasi kecelakaan, insiden, atau tindakan yang dapat menyebabkan insiden, serta menyediakan informasi laporan berdasarkan fakta.
• Siap terlibat dalam proses kontrol keamanan informasi untuk melindungi aset informasi milik perusahaan dari ancaman kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement and ordering process for goods or services from selected vendors.
• Analyze inventory stock levels according to the Company's needs in planning the procurement of main project items and other purchase requests.
• Analyze comparative purchasing costs from suppliers or vendors.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a relevant role, particularly in managing procurement systems or business information systems.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ERP system management (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
